7th MCLE Compliance
Please be informed that the MCLE Governing Board has authorized the publication of the updated list of lawyers who are compliant with the MCLE up to the 7th MCLE Compliance Period. You may view the updated list of compliant lawyers as of February 09, 2023, from the MCLE website at mcle.judiciary.gov.ph and in the MyIBP app.If your name is not listed therein, please be reminded to comply with the requirement before the end of the extension of the 7th MCLE Compliance Period on 14 April 2023. For those who have already complied with the 36-credit unit requirement and those who have ground/s for exemption, please submit your Attorney’s Compliance Report or Attestation/Application for Exemption (with supporting documents), respectively, on or before March 31, 2023.
Following this listing of compliant lawyers, the list of non-compliant lawyers will be published after the extension of the 7th MCLE compliance period has ended, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12, Bar Matter No. 850 and Court Resolution A.M. No. 19-10-10-SC (Re: MCLE Governing Board Resolution No. 06-2019 [Resolution Authorizing the Publication in Newspapers of General Circulation of the Names of Lawyers Who Are Non-Compliant with the MCLE Pursuant to Rule 12, Section 2, Bar Matter No. 850]) dated October 08, 2019 and March 02, 2021.
